You build a resume, apply, get The Phone Call, carefully pick out your most professional you-know-you-wanna-hire-me outfit (without looking desperate, of course), practice your answers to the typical questions in the mirror (come on, I know I'm not alone on this one!) and then you get to your interview and POOF!
